Model is complete and undamaged, if a little bit grubby. Couplings are fixed; not NEM. Plastic wheels.

Box has seen better days; outer sleeve is dusty and worn around the edges with marks. Slight discolouration. All there, however some additional packing have been added with polystyrene.
