WE ARE NOT TAKING IN ANY FURTHER REPAIRS NOW UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PURCHASED FROM OURSELVES PREVIOUSLY .

Please take Note if reading this for the first time, most of our website stock is Not kept at our High street Shop due to the lack of storage space. Once its listed its stored at a secure location, so if you are visiting to view or possibly purchase any item please call ahead with a few hours notice so one of our staff can bring it to the shop for you. phone text or e-mail anytime

As with Every business just like the big supermarkets we have the right to amend prices without notice up or down depending on the market fluctuations and demand.

The prices you see on our website at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay.   

SPRING  OPENING HOURS  UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

In line with the Cost of Living Crisis every household and Business is now going through,we need to act and wherever possible we need to cut costs , its a sensible move to close a little earlier to save on our whopping utilities bill and for security as we have already seen a big increase in petty theft as people are getting desperate.                                    Its usually pretty quiet between 4pm -5pm  so from now on we will be Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am -5.00pm.  should that inconvenience any potential customers, just call ahead and we can operate an appointment system for the last hour.      Its very likely  we will remain on site anyway for the last hour or so as i rarely leave the premises before 5.45pm with the front door locked  so we can be loading items to ebay or our website . If the shutters are half way down and the lights are on we are in knock on the door.

Sorry about this and i hope most of our regulars will understand. Google and the Website home page will reflect this overnight.  Thanks jim 

Pre-Owned News. 

Since the start of the Ukraine conflict and the unfortunate rise in costs for every household for commodities such as food, fuel heating etc it seems, there is no doubt customers are now very conscious about what they can spend  and the sales of big ticket New stock has dropped off quite sharply .

Without joking we get a box of Pre owed stock brought in daily, some is superb quality some is not but it all takes time to sort and put out in the shop or on line,

The second hand market still seems very buoyant and we have stocks of Used items  here to suit every budget should you want anything.

The cheaper end of the stock we hold sells via the shop as the time it takes to list every item on our website  its just not possible or viable for us to list say a £4  wagon , but its just a phone call away if you want and cheap locos wagons, buildings, used track  etc which we can post out Monday-Friday.  Or even better pop in and have a rummage!

Pre-owned collections continue to arrive on a regular basis sometimes a few times a week and the sheer volume takes some keeping on top of, some of them go in the shop, some items go straight on here to try and keep a good balance for customers visiting the shop.
