Never before run and unused judging by the clean wheels.
The BR Green class 31 D5509Â Â is running beautifully when tested on a layout.
We’d recommend a more modern controller as the one included is battery operated.
The class 31 is accompanied by a lovely rake of Mk1 coaches in southern region green, as well as a rare Pullman car named Cecila. A very unusual set we have never seen before.
Track is of old standard and is probably steel; an oval is provided with siding too.
Box is in extremely clean condition with minimal wear and tear on both the polystyrene box and card lid considering the age. Rubber bands around the track were perished of course and are replaced. The old price tag reads 18.75 which seems like a pipe dream ago.
Looks like it was made yesterday a real collectors piece
