Bachmann MR 1532 Class 58072 BR Early (31-742SF)
Brand new model, hot off the press from Bachmann. This Midland Railway 1P is a lovely little thing, crammed with detailand character.
These locomotives were built as a successor to the 1252 class and were designed by Samuel Johnson, built between 1881 and 1886. 5 were built, serving suburban lines. Sadly none lasted into preservation, a great shame because they are very attractive.
This Bachmann model is brand new from the factory and just released. This example is in BR lined black with early crest, numbered 58072. It’s a nice piece with plenty to look at despite the size, and the addition of DCC sound makes the model all the more impressive.
Box is mint and includes all relevant paperwork, as well as a detail pack. Included is a spare set of driving wheels unusually, which are fitted with traction tyres if you wish to haul heavier loads.
00 gauge, DCC SOUND FITTED, NEM couplings
