Part of their Railroad range, this fantastic little beast is a P2 class, the famous 2-8-0 ‘Mikado’ type of locomotive designed and built by Gresley of the LNER for heavy express passenger work over the steep inclines of the Glens from Edinburgh to Aberdeen, a very harsh line.

Model has seen very little use, may be test run only.

This model is in excellent condition with no damage at all, the paintwork is very clean and unmarked.

Very nicely detailed for a Railroad model with heavy cast chassis, cab doors and glazing.

The running quality is absolutely superb, utterly smooth and silent. This model is DCC ready with a 8 pin socket and features NEM couplings.

Box looks very good  and is clean, minus some scuffing on the corners and edges.  Detail pack is present, complete and sealed although the instruction sheet is missing.

Please Note care is needed when trying to get it out of its foam inner packaging its tight and resting on the deflectors, use the finger push holes below to ease it out
