Preowned, in fair condition. A brilliant model and one of Hornby’s best.

This model appears to have been stored in an attic or shed as the various metallic parts have oxidised or rusted.

Runs well once it gets going, but hesitant to start – a service is highly recommended. Plenty of life still in this model.

Otherwise in good shape with some minor breakages on cylinder drain pipes for example.

Steps included in the accessory pack. Airfix/Dapol style couplings and sprung buffers. Nameplates intact.

DCC ready with 8 pin socket in the loco. Coal in the tender has suffered some effect, having a sandy colour.

Box is in good condition, minor corner and edge wear. A litttle frayed. Instructions are not present but detail pack is.
