Hornby R2223 Fowler 4P 2-6-4 Tank in BR Lined Black No 42355 with early crest to the side tanks.

A splendid looking model from the super detail range and a very popular mixed traffic locomotive seen in many areas of the UK ursed on all manner of freight / parcels and passenger workings.

This example is very clean and tidy and appears to be test run only with the only issue to mention is a very small scratch on the bottom left hand tank corner about 3mm into the lining, hardly noticable and easily wethered in , otherwise no marks or rubs to the paintwork or any signs of use.

Under test it ran fine al all speeds.

Model was  produced in 2003    and is DCC ready  8 pin socket on board.

The model is in excellent all round condition , sadly no instructions are present, Model condition 8/10 Box also 8/10 some minor scuffing the end flap
