Preowned, in excellent condition. Not run much, complete and undamaged with tension lock couplings (not NEM) and metal wheels that appear to be disc braked replacements. Decorated in very bright blue with yellow highlights.

Box is in good shape for its age if a little corner worn. Plastic insert is yellowed.
